I have thrived on my enormous dose of achievement this week. The desire now exists to do more, to go again and to dive back in to those delicious feelings.
In case you missed it I listed 25 simple challenges to add a zing to everyday life before investigating the question What am I truly capable of?
Fabulous Inspiration
A highlight of my week was the Chicks for Charity Lunch yesterday. The Chicks are an inspiring group of women, Mums, daughters, sisters and wives, who meet regularly with the one intention, to make an enormous difference in the lives of hundreds of people who are in need.
The annual lunch is a much-anticipated event on my calendar. An afternoon spent in the company of some amazing women as we eat, drink and laugh together. The market stalls and silent auction add a dose of retail therapy and the lucky door prizes leave us all feeling thoroughly spoilt by the gorgeous Chicks.
Please visit them here to lean more about the incredible work they do and discover how you too can support them.
Fabulous Reading
This got me thinking early in the week, 7000 reasons your uniqueness is plagiarism.
This has to be the cutest idea ever to decorate your laundry
I used to love dropping in on people, yes unannounced. I would crave someone’s company and just show up. No fussing needed, no tea and biscuits neatly prepared I was after a dose of them, nothing more.
Read this for some modern day guides to dropping-in and being the dropper-inner.
Well that winds up a short and fabulous week.
This week I will be indulging in my love of Christmas and my plans to celebrate for an entire month.
Yes there will be baking, decorating and some crafty photo projects.
And of course I will be on the lookout for some fabulous in my ordinary days.

Lovely words Karen. Thanks so much for coming to the lunch it was nice to see you all there
Its always a pleasure Jules, the work you all do is truly inspiring.
What a wonderful week you have had. I really loved the laundry photo – so brilliant. Your link to the drop-ins post reminded me of when I was really little. My parents had a friend who would routinely drop in unannounced. Usually late in the evening. Turned out he was having an affair and using my folks as an alibi. Ooops.
Kelly the drop in as an alibi, ooops indeed.
Glad you had a fab week!
