So you’ve been in this pattern for a while. Too long really. Its sort of a rut, No it is a rut.
I’ve been there…. Had those days when you’re tired of living the same story.
Moments when you know its time for a change. A good change.
Here’s where you get two options…
1. Keep going as you are, suck it up for longer and become more dissatisfied, bitter and even resentful
2. Keep reading and learn how to explore some of the greatest ideas you’ll ever have for your life.
So let me ask you…. What do you want? What could you do differently? How could you change things?
Now trust me, and trust your own wisdom, as you listen carefully to all your ideas.
What’s the first thought that just popped into your head, the one you dismissed. And now the next one. Write them both down.
What else could you do? Keep writing. Give yourself permission to freely create a Wacky Wild List of ideas.
I’m not just asking for the good ideas, I want the bad ideas too. I won’t kid you, not all ideas are good, but the bad ones will often lead you to the good ones.
Imagine this. You’ve got this idea but, you tell yourself….
It’s not very good. It probably won’t work. You don’t know how. You wouldn’t know where to begin. You don’t have time.
You’ve just had five rapid thoughts that have shut your ideas down before they even made the light of day.
You’re in the fun exploring phase and already you’ve blocked yourself.
Now imagine this. You’ve got an idea, you write it down, you get another, and another, and another…. On it goes until you have a page filled with possibility.
Possibilities for you and your future.
Whatever you want in life…more money, friends, ease, travel, romance, sunshine, health, progression, love, calm, adventure, relaxation, new career, begin by getting wild and wacky with your ideas and exploring possibilities for the future.
Explore freely and without worry.
Forget the how and when for now, simply explore the what.
And if you already have an idea you’re holding back on then share it. Tell someone you trust. Tell a stranger. Whisper it to the forest. Yell to the heavens. Let it be known.
Remember no ideas are bad ideas, some ideas are simply starting points.
if you want to create change, start that new chapter in your life story, then get ready to explore. Here is a fun worksheet I made to help you.
If you want to move forward you have to value progress, and exploring ideas to understand what’s possible is definitely progress.
