Are you in love?
Do you bound out of bed in the morning, embracing the new day like a long-lost lover?
Do you often think about pinching your own arm, just to believe that a moment is true?
Does your heart race with excitement as you dream of the future and all that awaits?
Are you ever sweaty palmed and tingling all over, screaming yes as you dive into the scary unknown?
Do you walk through each day beaming a smile that could light up a room?
Yes +Yes + Yes + Yes + Yes = high fives and carry on.
You are living a life you love.
No + Not really + not often + never + not me = I have a bold question for you.
Are you in love with your life?
I am not talking, yeah its okay…….I want to know if you are thrilled to be alive?
Is your heart and your longings leading the way?
Are you passionate about your choices?
Are you connected to your truth?
Are you listening to your deepest desires and acting upon your secret yearnings?
Are you designing a life you love?
I get it, it is difficult to stay devoted to a life you love.
In a world that’s quick to criticise and endlessly dishing out advice it is tough to remain true to you.
Rejection will quickly shut you down, if you allow it.
Fear has the power to rise up and block your way.
Constant noise will drown out your wisdom and self-doubt will keep it at bay
Comparison and jealousy will take over, and eat away at your dreams if you let them.
When life feels bumpy and you are in the midst of bewilderment it takes enormous courage to follow your heart.
It is love that will open you back up.
Love for that gal in the mirror.
Love for the Mum who is giving her all.
Love for the woman who wrestles with limits.
Love and a belief that you do deserve it all.
Choose to fall madly in love with your life.
Commit to fulfilment and joy everyday.
Connect to your heart and discover deep longings.
Allow your desires to then lead the way.
Prepare to design a life you love.
Believe this life is possible for you.
Trust that love is the guide and your heart will know the way.

Karen – you stopped me in my tracks. Thought-provoking words here today. Usually I read your post via the emails I receive but this post I read on your website. I love your remodeled space here! The images, design, even the flower on the “i” in your name! Lovely!
Debbie, thanks for the lovely feedback and for reading my words.
So thrilled you stopped by.
