I am surrounded by wet towels and soggy carpet.
I cannot have a shower.
We have a water leak and until the plumber comes the water is off at the mains.
I have had limited sleep due to my OCD tendencies kicking in. I repeatedly checked all night for a torrent of water pouring through the house.
Ever the optimist I am determined to discover my Bliss in this unfortunate mess.
Luckily I can have a shower at the gym after yoga, there is no bliss in a stinky body.
I cannot wash clothes, do dishes, wipe benches, mop floors, clean toilets or bathrooms.
I can blissfully write without the distractions of housework.
I can hope the plumber comes soon because I am desperate to wash all these towels I have used to mop the floor.
Maybe its that sort of day when I need to leave the house and all the sogginess behind.
Photo walk maybe?
The Bliss will be when my leak is fixed and my water back on.
The Bliss I often take for granted.
The Bliss I am developing a new deep, deep appreciation for.
The Bliss of clean, pure running water.
Is there a Bliss you take for granted? Imagine life without it?
PS. There was a major high five moment when I got this photo up on the screen. I have been trying for a while to capture Shaped Bokeh, those sweet, pretty blury shapes in the background, and there it is. Happy, Happy Dance, some achievement bliss.

This is Day 14 of my 31 Days of Captured Bliss

Amazing shot wow!!! Sorry to hear of your water everywhere glad you can still find some bliss. Just going to yoga sounds like Bliss to me.
Sarah, yes Yoga was bliss and thanks for the wonderful compliment on my photo. I impressed myself
The photo is beautiful!
We have encountered water problems in the past so I really feel your pain. It can be so very damaging, so quickly and is such a mess to clean up! Hope your nest is blissful and dry very soon!
Drying out Mo, drying out.
