Let’s be clear… There are plenty of goal setting courses out there ready to teach the ins and outs of dreaming big, making plans and doing whatever it take to get what you want. But unfortunately, most of these programs don’t consider the ALL IMPORTANT INGREDIENT….. How you want to feel.
This workshop flips that around. Forget working hard and going after goals in the hope you’ll feel good once you get there. I’ll teach you how to listen to your desires first and then set your goals. No more waiting for ‘one day’ to feel good, these goals will feel awesome to work toward.
Not only will this workshop guide you towards ‘goals with soul’, it’ll give you the clarity you need to finally ditch the guilt and make decisions that feel right for you. I know this because I’ve spent years practicing this in my own life with amazing success.
Even more importantly I’ve taken many women, just like you, step by step though this process – from worn out Mums right through to busy business owners and career women – I’ve helped them all take small, deliberate actions that are inspired by their true desires to create a life they love.

My interest in the Desire Map came about because I used to feel… well ‘less than great’ in my own life.
Not that long ago, I seriously struggled with my own happiness.
On the outside I was all smiles and polish, I seemed to have it all. Happy, healthy children, a devoted husband, great friends, supportive family and I was helping my husband to run a very successful business.
We had a comfortable life, good health and financial stability. So why wasn’t I happy.
I am a driven person and I like to keep busy, but deep down I knew I was not fulfilled by all the busyness and underneath it all I felt ungrateful for not loving my life enough.
I had it all and yet I couldn’t find a way to enjoy it.
So I tried harder, and I worked harder. And the harder I worked, the worse I felt. All I was doing was trading my guilt for exhaustion and the cycle was vicious.
The saddest part of all was watching my babies grow older knowing I wasn’t enjoying their childhood with them.
I knew something needed to change.
Lucky for me I came across the Desire Map book and it was the the change in thinking I needed to start the feel good process.
I flipped my goal setting and planning on its head and started to think about how I wanted to feel before I made any decisions. Everything became about feeling good and what I could do to feel that way.
Looking back it seems obvious now, I needed to do more of what feels good and to prioritise pleasure. It all makes sense and yet most of us aren’t living this way.
Instead we worry about what others think, we ignore our desires and we put the needs of others well ahead of our own.
The Desire Map is not just a book or a theory, it’s a process of practically and soulfully designing a life you actually love living.

This is where desire meets action.
The Level 2 program will help identify any old and ineffective goal setting practices, and help you resurrect those long forgotten dreams.
